Health and Fitness plays an important part in our life still people ignore there health. People get attracted to junk food a neglect eating proper food to stay Healthy, proper Diet is the key to perfect health. Nowadays people wake in afternoon skip the breakfast eat outside have there dinner late at night all this is enough to make you unhealthy and suffer for stomach problems and many more. To stay healthy we should wake early in the morning have a proper breakfast with a proper diet and the other 2 meals should be taken properly too with correct time. Now the second aspect to stay healthy is by exercising your body. Everyone should exercise everyday to stay fit and active even a normal jog in the morning is enough if you are above 40 or the best way to stay fit is by doing yoga every morning,Yoga heals you from internal pain . Whatever you eat in your diet should contain protein , carbohydrate, fats and neglect eating too much sweet and oily food and bread. The final step is by getting enough sleep depending on how much sleep requirement you need
